Don't waste your time. I paid immediately after my order was confirmed, and it's been almost 2 weeks with no order. Getting an update was like chasing ghosts—they only replied after repeated follow-ups, and even then it took forever. To top it off, they gave me a tracking number that doesn't even exist. Absolutely terrible customer service and zero accountability.
